Verification, not the honor system

Confirm the visit that earns the benefit before parking is discounted—not a code scan, a desk stamp, or a claim at the gate.
The operational problem

Traditional validation treats eligibility as an assumption. A guest scans a code, asks an employee, or presses “visiting a tenant,” and the session is discounted without checking that the qualifying action happened.

What Validator does

Validator reads the proof you configure—a receipt, a visit record, or other qualifying evidence—then the written rule decides the benefit. The meaningful act is verification: confirming the guest did what the parking benefit was designed to reward.

Why it matters

Blanket windows and honor-system buttons leak revenue one transaction at a time, and they fill lots with people who did not earn the space. Verification makes the intended policy real.

How it fits the platform

Verification sits in front of the benefit you already grant. It does not require a new category of parking product—only a consistent check before the discount is applied.
